We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to hold the reservation. 

We offer a 7 day change/cancellation policy for vacation rentals of 29 days or less. No changes to the reservation may be made within 7 days of arrival. Guests must cancel 7 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund of their deposit. 

For reservations of 30 days or longer we have a 30 cancellation period. Guests must cancel 30 days before arrival date to receive a refund of their deposit.
