4 BEDROOM BEACH HOUSE!
Villa de la Paz is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, light and bright house located right on the on the beach only 25 minutes south of the famous Mahahual Malecon!
The Layout
Villa de la Paz features an open layout with high ceilings and lots of windows. It has a large living area with comfortable seating, perfect for movie night on the 60" flat screen TV. The circular wooden table in the dining area seats 8 with an additional 3 stools around the bar. The kitchen features a full sized refrigerator, a six burner gas stove, plenty of counter space and everything that one needs for meal preparations.
But it's the view that is truly the highlight of this space! Outside we have comfortable lounge chairs, another dining table for 6 and wrap around views of the turquoise colors of the Caribbean Sea.
Sleeping Arrangements
Villa de la Paz features 4 private bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedrooom features a king sized bed, a private bathroom and plenty of storage space. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed, a private bathroom and also plenty of storage space. The 3rd bedroom has a matrimonial bed and is located next to a full bathroom. The 4th bedroom has an individual bed and a desk. There is also an air mattress for additional guests.
